Dorr French House

Dorr French was an established lawyer that had served as the Justice of the Peace. In 1895 he decided to erect this Queen Anne home for himself on one of the last lots remaining on Stuart Ave.

In 1928 the home was purchased by Harold Allen, vice president of the First National Bank. He later became a coroporate secretary for the Upjohn Company.
