Donald Boudeman House

This fine example of Georgian revival architecture was built in 1905 by Dallas Boudeman for his son Donald, an insurance broker and manager of the Boudeman Building on S. Burdick. The large home is dominated by a Ionic porch and large dentilation along the eaves. It was occupied by Donald Boudeman until his death in 1949. Today it houses offices.
