Abraham Blumenberg had this English Tuder home built for himself in 1904. Blumenberg had opened The People's Outfitting Co. on North Burdick and was the president of Central Bank.

Blumenberg lived here until his death in 1916. From 1929 to 1961 it was the residence of the J. Cameron Wilson family.
