A
second Boudeman Building was built
in 1906 on South Street, just a few steps away from the first
Boudeman. It typifies the style of business block that would
be built in the new century. The building is simple with its
brickwork and large Chicago styled windows. The Boudeman, today
known as the South Street Building,
was further evidence that the ornate preferances of the previous
century were quickly disappearing.
